 Rescue dogs that need homes
Below are the rescue dogs that are currently in dog rescue in Shropshire, in the west midlands, through Dog Samaritans the rehoming branch of Animal Samaritans animal charity. These rescue dogs are all looking for a loving home. All potential homes would need to have a home check and we ask for a £100 donation for each rescue dog, some pedigree dogs will be a higher donation. Our rescue dogs are wormed, treated for fleas and start a vaccination programme on entering the kennels, dogs rehomed from Nipstone kennels will be micro-chipped free of charge. We can also give financial assistance with neutering of our rescue dogs. So if you are considering a rescue dog please browse our dogs. Our web site is updated on a daily basis so all rescue dogs on our site are available. Some rescue dogs come in as strays, so their age is approximate and are assessed in kennels re- temprement. Other rescue dogs come in from homes, so we have the history the owners have given us. Kai 5 month old male husky
Kai came in as a stray, (but his breeder has contacted us so we know his history) he is a pure white husky. Considering his age he is well behaved, friendly and affectionate. He will need a family prepared to train him and give him plenty of excercise. NP

Truffle 6 month old neutered male crossbreed
Truffle came in as a stray, we are not sure of his breed but think he will be a medium sized dog. He is a happy, good natured, lively boy, who loves everyone, a typical puppy. He is good in the car and very well behaved at the vets. NP

Storm 1 year old neutered male lab/terrier X
Storm is a small dog, who is a happy friendly boy. He has lots of energy and is in need of basic training, he will make a lovely family pet. NP

George is a friendly, affectionate boy. Who came in with jenny (who has now been rehomed) due to a change in family circumstances. NP 41-180313

Otto 6 year old male neutered collie
Otto is a friendly, loving, loyal boy, he is clean and well behaved. He has had issues with other dogs in the past, but a dog trainer has worked with him on this, however he would be better has an only dog. NP

Marlon 6 year old male collie
Marlon has not had a very good life, he has had no proper excercise, just left out in the garden. He needs an experienced home, with no young children and lots of walks!

Moss came in as a stray, we think he was a farm collie. He is a lovely friendly, well behaved boy who travels well in the car. NP

Flick seeks an experienced home, he is a lovely affectionate boy who gets excited near other dogs, but this is because he has not been properly socialised with other dogs. NP

Annie came in as a stray, she is a lively, friendly staffie who loves to be made a fuss of. NP

Jack 8 year old male boxer
Jack came in due to a change in family circumstanses, he is a lively affectionate boy who loves to play football. He is strong and boisterous so would not suite a family with young children. He is good with other dogs but may be better as an only dog. Travels well in the car, no history is known with cats. LB

Pepsi came in from a family with 5 young children, she is nervous and has not been socialised with other dogs. She seeks a calm patient home who are willing to spend time to allow her to get over her traumatic past. LB
